Maundy Thursday: 4:30 and 7 p.m. Divine Service with Communion in the Sanctuary

Good Friday: Noon – 3 p.m. Tre Ore Service with guest preachers from the Ohio District and our Circuit. The times of the seven services and the preachers are provided below.

Noon – R. HABRECHT (Gloria Dei)
THE FIRST WORD: And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”   Luke 23:34

THE THIRD WORD: When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!”  John 19:26

1:15 – M. HILL (St. Philip)
THE FOURTH WORD:  And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”  Mark 15:34

1:40 – M. LOVE (Trinity)
THE FIFTH WORD:  After this, Jesus, knowing that all was now finished, said (to fulfill the Scripture), “I thirst.” John 19:28

2:05 – D. WEISS (Retired)
THE SIXTH WORD:  When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” … John 19:30
