Our 10:30 and 10:45 Palm Sunday services begin with a procession of Palms and singing by our children. At each service we remember the hosannas cried out by the crowds on the first Palm Sunday begging God to save. Yet we also look to the Holy Week ahead where the Lord would give His life for the life of the world.

What happens at Maundy Thursday services?
Maundy Thursday finds us at the beginning of the weekend that changed the world as we join Jesus with His disciples in the upper room on the night He was betrayed. In this service we partake in the solemn saving meal Jesus instituted that night. At our 7 p.m. service the Altar will be stripped signifying everything Christ gave up for you.

What are the Good Friday services like?
On Good Friday we remember the death of the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. In the Tre Ore service we recall the hours Christ was on the cross and listen to the “Seven Last Words” through the preaching of Toledo area LCMS pastors. Although the service goes from Noon-3 p.m. you are welcome to come for any or all of it as your schedule allows. Our 7 p.m. Tenebrae service is a service of readings and hymns that lead us in our meditation on Jesus’ death in our place.
